This matrix shows all European statutory regulations which are relevant to our business. It also lists all comparable German regulations. Not listed are the numerous statutory regulations in the other Member States of the EU. This would go beyond the scope of this matrix. Also the numerous European and national standards cannot be included in this matrix although they are also to be considered regulations. In particular in the case of the 'new approach' laws the implementation of the basic requirements through standards has to be understood as 'component' of the regulation.

All statutory regulations listed in the matrix are classed according to the following 3 criteria: c=Compliance, ii=emerging issues, m=monitoring. An x marks each product (example uPET films) to which the regulation is relevant.
